Credit terms are set individually per customer. Each approved customer may have a credit limit, a payment period, and customer-specific conditions.
Overdue balances & returns
Where there is overdue debt, further orders or credit may be restricted according to the approved customer terms until the required amount is paid.
B2B returns use the same standard 14-day framework unless a specific written commercial agreement lawfully changes the terms.
