Eligibility & account

• You must be 18 or older to use the store.
• An account is required to place orders.
• You must provide accurate customer information.

Products, availability & pricing

• Unavailable products show as "Out of Stock"; we do not automatically replace any item.
• We display the final customer price including applicable mandatory taxes/charges where required.
• Prices may change before an order is placed; we do not arbitrarily change the price of a confirmed order.
• In case of an obvious pricing or technical error, we may contact you to correct the order or cancel/refund it.

Order review, payment & cancellation

• We review and accept orders subject to availability and verification, and may limit product quantities.
• Cash on Delivery is the payment method currently available in the store.
• Cancellation is allowed before dispatch. See the returns and payment policies.

Prohibited use

The website must not be used for:

• Fraud, or false account or payment details
• Hacking, unauthorized access, or malicious software
• Security circumvention, scraping without permission, or automated abuse
• Any unlawful website use

Zahwa may refuse suspicious orders, cancel fraudulent orders, restrict product quantities, and protect the website against abuse.

Website content and the Zahwa brand are owned by Zahwa. We may update the terms, policies, and website rules when reasonably necessary.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent Egyptian courts in Cairo have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal jurisdiction rules.
