Delivery area
We do not publish a fixed list of zones. The store checks whether your address is serviceable at checkout.
Estimated delivery time
If your address is serviceable, checkout displays the available estimated delivery time. Estimates are not guarantees.
Delivery times may be affected by factors such as:
- traffic
- operational conditions
- stock availability
- public holidays
- high order volumes
- circumstances outside reasonable control
Delivery fees
The store system returns the delivery fee for your address before an order is submitted. We do not publish fixed fees or delivery offers outside that response.
Delivery address & failed delivery
The delivery address cannot be changed after the order is submitted.
If delivery fails, the order returns to the Zahwa warehouse and continues through the applicable internal workflow.
Order tracking
Order tracking is available only to registered, signed-in customers through their account. There is no public order tracking.
